Your data is securely stored on Google Cloud Platform servers in Europe. We use encryption and industry-standard security protocols.
4. Data Sharing
We never sell your data. We share data only with service providers necessary for operation (Stripe for payments, Google Cloud for hosting).
5. Your Rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, delete your data, and object to its processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.

We use essential cookies for service operation and analytics cookies to understand how you use Pixelive. You can manage your preferences in your browser settings.
7. Data Retention
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. After account deletion, your data is erased within 30 days, except where legal retention is required.

Under Article 17 of GDPR (right to erasure), you can request deletion of your account and all personal data at any time. To exercise this right, send an email to privacy@neurovista.fr with subject 'Account Deletion Request'. Your request will be processed within 30 days.
